“He that hath Me not is bereft of all things. Turn ye away from all that is on earth and seek none else but Me. I am the Sun of Wisdom and the Ocean of Knowledge. I cheer the faint and revive the dead. I am the guiding Light that illumineth the way. I am the royal Falcon on the arm of the Almighty. I unfold the drooping wings of every broken bird and start it on its flight.”

~Baha’u’llah

Dr. Masaru Emoto's Healing Prayer for the Gulf*

"I send the energy of love and gratitude to the water and all the living creatures in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings.

To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, plankton, coral, algae, and all living creatures   . . .  I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you. "

"We all have handicaps.
The difference is that some of us must reveal ours,
while others must conceal theirs,
to be treated with mercy."

--Yahia Lababidi, author (b. 1973)

"It would be tidier if spiritual seeking were just a matter of enduring
one dark night of the soul,
after which you would feel secure in your link to God.
But there are many dark mornings of the soul,
many shadowy afternoons and dim twilights."

Adapted from The Third Jesus: The Christ We Cannot Ignore
by Deepak Chopra (Harmony Books, 2008)

*Focusing our energies in response to the Gulf tragedy and for healing the waters and its inhabitants: Many of you will recognize Dr. Masaru Emoto as the scientist from Japan who has done all the research and publications about the characteristics of water.  Among other things, his research reveals that water physically responds to emotions.

Right now, most of us have the predominantly angry emotion when we consider what is happening in the Gulf.  And while certainly we are justified in that emotion, we may be of greater assistance to our planet and its life forms, if we sincerely, powerfully and humbly pray the prayer that Dr Emoto, himself, has proposed.
